Photo Inspiration

I need to clean my room...No...I need to reorganize my room! I need to rearrange the furniture, maybe bring in some new and throw out some old. Who knows what could happen.

What's Going On?

So, for all my followers out there (and I know there aren't that many just yet), I must explain the lack of posts in the past few weeks.
I have been dealing with some unknown illness for some time and have decided that it was best to spend my spare time resting in bed. I have not fully recovered but decided that it was time to return to my normal activities of photography, blogging, crafting, and baking.

I've had my etsy shop up for a wee bit of time. I will be crafting more items to add to my shop stock shortly. Crafting
I'm currently sewing a quilt, sewing 3 notebook covers (custom order), and knitting a hat. I'll post pictures of the finished products later. So stay tunned!

I've recently shopped at second hands stores and garage sales and uncovered a few treasures. You'll have to stay tunned for that blog update. :-)

For My Etsy Shop

I finished sewing this little number this morning.

It's a Bible cover made from yellow corduroy and vintage fabric. There is a fabric liner on the inside for longer life, and the button really adds some cuteness to this cover.

It's "twin" will hopefully be completed later this afternoon and they both should be up in the etsy shop by tonight!

Etsy Shop Up and Running

Yahooo! I've finally got my etsy shop and and running! 

So far I've uploaded a few vintage items (much more to come), and handful of handmade items by moi.

My Saturday

So I started off my Saturday morning by rolling out of bead at 8:30 and enjoying a bowl of frosted mini wheats. Then I took some pictures for my etsy shop.

Then I proceeded on to baking some double chocolate chip cookies!

Mmmm! Delicious. Next I made some lunch. Today's menu included tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich. 

No no, Charlie...none for you!
