An Excellent Day

Well I had a pretty sweet weekend.

Since Mike and I are both in college and don't have much money at the moment, we decided to go low budget this year.

Yesterday morning I made us a pan of brownies. I added mini Reeses in the middle of each square for to make them extra special.

I've never really read the classic books, so lately Mike has been getting me classic stories for us to read together. So far we have read "Around the World in 80 Days","Treasure Island", "Journey to the Center of the Earth", and now we are reading "Little Women". I've never read it and I'm really enjoying it.

I just love sitting on a fat o'l comfy couch listening to him read to me.

Ahhh...the best of times.
